The constituents are as follows:Co, .42 to .5; SiO .17 to .3; Mn, .5 to .8; Cr, <.2; Ni<.3; Cu, .2 period. Note no carbon listed. The common steels part of my Machinst's handbook doesn't mention Co as a tool steel component.
